Last week my friend and I went on a staycation at the Pelican Grand Beach Resort (@pelicanbeach) and had the most relaxing time. We loved how friendly the staff was and how beautifully laid out the entire hotel was. This luxury boutique hotel has everything you could ask for on a relaxing getaway!
For breakfast they have an Emporium, which has bagels, muffins, coffee and smoothies. They also sell gelato throughout the day and have a boutique with clothing and bathing suits!
Before heading to the beach I was able to enjoy a PURE you massage at their PURE Spa located on the 11th floor overlooking the beach. After the amazing massage, done by Susan, I was able to enjoy myself out on the spa's verandah getting some much needed sun.
Of course we had to take advantage of the hotel's private beach! They provide lounge chairs and umbrellas to all of the guests. They also offer a variety of water sports you can enjoy.
For dinner we visited OCEAN2000 inside the hotel, which was absolutely delicious! We shared the raw oysters and cheese charcuterie. And for dinner I had the Sea Bass, while Alliana enjoyed the Barrata with a side of mashed potatoes.
Overall not only was the service amazing, the aesthetic of the hotel was so cute! It was classy and chic which definitely was my vibe. The location is also perfect, it is only a short walking distance to restaurants and bars nearby as well as a short drive to other parts of Fort Lauderdale.
